allweek Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the allweek app and website. By creating an account or using allweek, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use allweek.

The short version: allweek is a private space for your congregation. Treat people the way you would in church. There is zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable content. Report anything that crosses the line, and we and your congregation's moderators will act on it.

1. Who can use allweek

• You must be 13 or older.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
• You may join a congregation only through an invite, and the congregation's admins must approve you.
• One person, one account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Congregations

• Each congregation is run by its own admins and moderators, who are members of that church, not our employees.
• Admins and moderators can approve members, remove content and profile photos, and ban members from their congregation.
• A congregation's admins are responsible for how they run it, and they must follow these Terms too.

3. Community rules: zero tolerance

You may not post, send or share content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone
• is hateful or demeaning toward people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age
• is sexually explicit or pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way
• promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
• is spam, a scam, or impersonates another person or church
• shares someone else's private information without their permission
• infringes someone else's copyright or other rights

We and your congregation's moderators may remove any content and suspend or ban any account that breaks these rules, without notice. Content that sexualizes minors or threatens violence will be removed immediately and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Reporting and blocking

• Use Report on any post, comment, message, member or meetup to flag it. Moderators review reports.
• Use Block to stop a member from contacting you or seeing your directory listing.
• We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
• You can also report problems to support@allweekchurch.com.

5. Your content

• You own what you post.
• You give us a limited license to store, display and deliver your content to the members of your congregation, only as needed to run allweek.
• You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

6. Meetups

Meetups are organized by members, not by us. We don't check locations, hosts or attendees. Use your own judgment when meeting people in person.

7. AI features

• Study chat and In His Words generate answers with AI. Answers can be wrong or incomplete.
• They are not pastoral counsel, and not medical, legal, financial or professional advice.
• Don't rely on them for decisions about your health, safety or finances.
• If you or someone else is in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or dial 911 in an emergency.

8. Acceptable use

Don't: - try to access other congregations, accounts or data you're not authorized to see - interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the service - scrape or harvest data - use allweek for commercial solicitation without your congregation's permission

9. Ending your account

• You can delete your account at any time: Account → Delete account. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted.
• We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we need to protect other users.

10. Disclaimers

allweek is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't responsible for content posted by members.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ARK HOME AI, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of allweek. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $50.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses from claims made by others because of content you posted or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

14. Apple App Store

If you downloaded allweek from the Apple App Store: - These Terms are between you and ARK HOME AI, Inc., not Apple. - Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for allweek. - Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to allweek, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims. - Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. - If allweek fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of any purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation. - Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these Terms supplement it.

15. Changes

If we change these Terms, we'll update the date above. For significant changes, we'll also notify you in the app. Continuing to use allweek after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
